Great margaritas, and mexican food is best in the area. We eat here at least a week. Very friendly and helpful people. This place should be packed every day. We had the 'Three Compadures' and shared, and then brought food for tomorrow's lunch....

Camarones a la diabla was DELICIOUS! My husband had the beef chimichanga and the meat was super flavorful. Their margaritas hit the spot 😍 staff was very friendly and made sure my margarita needs were kept fulfilled 😂 fried ice cream was also delicious!

I really enjoying eating here. I come here for lunch and dinner both and haven't been disappointed. During lunch hour they got me in and out pretty fast without compromising the quality of food. The plates are fill which is still good the next day. It's no different for dinner. I highly recommend eating here.

I love the drive up window to pick up called in food. The food is amazing too. Love the camarones a la crema.

While we didn't eat in, we had excellent service and great food. We wanted a Mexican dinner at home. We stopped by mid-afternoon and asked if they could put together a selection of enchiladas and rice &beans. Within 15 minutes we were on our way with 16 enchiladas, rice, beans, chips, and salsa. They even tweaked the salsa to our taste. I'm looking forward to coming for an eat-in meal.

The drive up window is perfect for those with small children!

Arrived around 2 pm. Very quiet. Service quick and polite. Ordered cheese mole enchiladas. Hot and flavorful. Mole has pronounced cinnamon flavor to it. Clean.

Really good burritos & homemade salsa. They run about $10, but they are huge. Brought one home to my Boyfriend, who is a really big eater, he loved it!!💝 Filled him up too!!☺

Always good food, always good service.

FIRST: the chips they gave us were reused left overs from another table. When we got to the bottom of the basket there were two chips with old salsa on the soggy edges . GROSS. SECOND: my burrito was lukewarm and very watery. It had obviously been previously frozen (Sysco restaurant frozen food) and not heated up thoroughly. THIRD: the menus online are way old and are 30% cheaper than current prices.

Wow...had an amazing lunch at Real Tequila! While visiting Anacortes we stopped in here to ask about vegan options...they have 'em! Chips and salsa were delicious, and I had a taco/enchilada combo that was delicious, and my partner had vegan enchiladas (roasted veggie enchiladas with verde sauce and pinto beans). We both loved the food. Faviola was warm and friendly, knowledgeable and very sharp. I would love to come back to Real Tequila! #localguides

Best food in Anacortes! Authentic people. So nice and friendly. Always feel like we’re part of the family. Restaurant is always clean and in good order. Full sized plates full of food. Dose enchiladas are my favorite! Highly recommend to anyone. Go check it out and make sure you give Jose a hard time..

The wait staff gets The three stars while the food only gets two They were friendly enough and took care of me. I had to ask for some silverware and a napkin and something to drink. Also I had to ask them to heat up my food because it was not but slightly warm. They was supposed to be sauce on itL like a wet burrito and let me tell you that dry tortilla shell sure needed to be a wet burrito. I don’t know why you would give this place a review any higher than three stars I Like a wet burrito. And let me tell you that tortilla shell sure needed moisture. I had to ask for hot sauce to dip it in what it down. I don’t know why you would give this place a review any higher than three stars. Gave me an upset stomach.

Food is good but cookie cutter.. If you ask to deviate from the menu item ( like jalapeno peppers on Mexican food ) they may not accommodate your request.

Stopped by for lunch for the first time today. Great service. Great food. I haven't had too much in authentic Mexican. Meat was hot and tasted great, got a chalupa. Refried beans and cheese went a lot better with the chips. The house salsa was runny and too hot for my taste but everything else was excellent. Will definitely return and grab some churros next time. I am still full too 2 hours later. ugh lol And the candy they give you at the end of your meal was delicious, pina colada key lime flavor. I want a whole bag of those.

Real Tequila used to be my favorite place in Anacortes for Mexican food. Portion sizes have gotten much smaller and the food I ordered was a bit on the greasy side. Our waitress was not friendly. The food tasted okay.
